FAQ

Questions we get asked every week

Everything below is answered the way we would answer it on the phone. If yours is not here, call and ask — a person picks up.

Pricing & Quotes

Three things: how many separate spots there are, how big the largest one is, and whether the surrounding surface has a texture that needs matching. Ceiling work costs a little more than the same repair on a wall because it is slower and less forgiving. Travel inside our service areas does not add anything.

Scheduling & Visits

Often within a few days, and sooner when a slot opens. Water damage and anything blocking a tenant move-in or a listing gets pushed up the list — tell us if that is you.

The Repair Process

No. We move what needs moving and cover the rest. All we ask is that you take anything fragile off the wall we are working on.

Paint & Texture

The texture will. Paint is the harder half — colour shifts on a wall over years of light, so a spot touch-up can read slightly newer even with the exact same can. Where that risk is real we recommend painting the full wall corner to corner, and we say so before we start rather than after.
