How long does a typical repair take?

Most single-visit patch jobs are a few hours including cleanup. Deep repairs, plaster and anything that needs a coat to harden before sanding can need a short second stop, and we tell you which one you are looking at when we see the photo.

Do I need to move my furniture?

No. We move what needs moving and cover the rest. All we ask is that you take anything fragile off the wall we are working on.

Will the paint match?

The texture will. Paint is the harder half — colour shifts on a wall over years of light, so a spot touch-up can read slightly newer even with the exact same can. Where that risk is real we recommend painting the full wall corner to corner, and we say so before we start rather than after.

Do you handle water damage?

Yes. We meter the surrounding board, cut back to what is actually dry, rebuild it and seal the stain so it cannot bleed back through paint. If the leak above it is still live, we will tell you that first.

Do you work weekends?

Yes, and evenings. Someone answers the phone 24/7/365 — not an answering service, an actual person who can book you in.
